LET'S CONNECT

The sister program to our Mighty Movers Adventure Group. This came about when we saw the need for a social program for our older clients. It involves physical activities as well as events such as cooking classes, all the while enjoying the opportunity to connect with each other in a supported social context.

Let's Connect recognises that human connection is at the core of who we are as social beings.

This therapeutic program offers older children and teens the chance to participate in enriching, nature-based and life-skills activities while building meaningful social connections.

With a focus on enhancing emotional and behavioural regulation, purposeful communication, motor coordination, and community participation, participants engage in activities that foster both personal growth and social success.

Guided by highly trained Occupational Therapists, Let's Connect provides an inclusive space where individuals can strengthen their skills and thrive in a supportive community environment.
